Was TEPCO Injecting Nitrogen into Unit 1 Yesterday?



I presume that this contraption, which I've seen before, is used to inject nitrogen into unit 1. In the past, emissions have been reduced after this treatment, but today's emissions don't seem to have been impacted much by yesterday's infusion:

  1. Device also may spray liquid to coat and keep down dust/emissions. Have seen it a lot over Reactor 1..as they were removing the roof and after. And they removed the roof for ???? To get at and remove the melted fuel..? PSSS TEPCO..its UNDER the containment vessel, forget going into the top. Drill baby drill..JEC

  2. 05 31 2016 2045 Cams 1 and 4 show increasing emissions. Cam 4, from the common fuel pool area nearer to Reactor 1/2. Darn it. jec

    1. Emissions seem to be worsening recently, especially since the Tokai earthquake.
