Webcam Update


Very strange day for webcam viewing.

Emissions seem to be much less visible on TEPCO cam 1, although if one looks "down" at the screen clear emissions are visible but they are greatly reduced today from the area of unit 3. I hope the reduced visible emissions is good news:


TBS is down.

TEPCO cam 4 is showing lots of "spiderwebs," which webcam watchers are divided about but are probably at least partially, if not entirely, explained by radioactive rain drops on cam lens:


Futaba cam looks relatively dark with raindrops on cam lens (but no spiderwebs there). I did see a truck heading for plant this morning.

Netc is showing elevated radiation levels throughout central Japan
