Those imminent disasters like Ebola or Climate Change which allow for vast sums of money to be made get ample and even excessive media coverage. Those possibly far more threatening disasters like glyphosate, GM food and radiological poisoning get practically none. But then these disasters are connected already to money making activities. This is what a world dominated by corporations ends up acting like. After all not a single corporation has come down with Ebola. Nor been effected in the least by glyphosate or GM food. I can imagine this planet inhabited by robots that work for corporations long after all mamilian life has gone. Sure it would be pointless but it really could happen. And there could be a few humans left that occassionally peek into one of these vast operations and marvel at all the activities going on smoothly . . . This might make for a rather bleak futuristic film.
