[excerpted] The nuclear committee of Fukui Prefecture, western Japan, has accepted most parts of a draft report guaranteeing the safety of the No. 3 and No. 4 reactors at the Ohi power plant....

...It concludes that the Ohi plant has sufficient measures to secure the safety of the reactors even if they are hit by powerful earthquakes and tsunami. The estimates are based on data from last year's accident at the Fukushima Daiichi nuclear plant.
