This up-to-date account by Washington Blog is a good read
It is made even more relevant now that Tepco is admitting yet more radiation is being released from that hell on earth, Fukushima
It is interesting that the Jiji report linked here only includes radiation from reactors 1-3 and DOES NOT ADDRESS SPENT FUEL POOL #4: "The
total amount of radioactive cesium that leaked from the containment vessels of
the No. 1 to No. 3 reactors reached 70 million becquerels per hour, up 12 million
becquerels from the December level, the power firm said."
A commentator at Enenews, Aigeezer, notes that the Jiji report only mentions cesium. I cannot yet access the full report and don't have a subscription so I cannot confirm that the increased emissions reported only cover cesium. However, I should have access tomorrow and can confirm then.
No doubt the current figure for releases is a vest understatement. Tepco and the Japanese Gov have been understating releases throughout this disaster.

Former Minister for Internal
Affairs Haraguchi Kazuhiro has alleged that radiation monitoring station data
was actually three decimal places greater than the numbers released to the
public.http://japanfocus.org/events/view/100
The primary containment is now mother earth, your drinking water, your rain, your air, your food.
